Grass Break is designed to be private by default. The two most sensitive things it touches — your camera and your Screen Time data — are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
What stays on your device
Information handled by our service providers
To run subscriptions and purchases, limited data is processed by trusted providers acting on our behalf:
- Apple processes all payments through In-App Purchase. We never see your card or full payment details.
- RevenueCat helps us manage subscriptions and unlock features. It receives a random, app-generated identifier plus purchase and device/OS information needed to validate your subscription. It does not receive your name, email, camera photos, or Screen Time data.
Diagnostics
We do not collect crash reports, usage analytics, or other diagnostics off your device today. During development, the app may write local debug logs (for example metering diagnostics in DEBUG builds) that stay on your device and are not uploaded.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- We don't upload your photos or Screen Time data.
- We don't build advertising profiles about you.
Children
Grass Break is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can revoke camera, location, notification, or Screen Time permissions any time in the iOS Settings app. You can delete Log entries in the app. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
